Robert Kordić is an associate with CMS Slovenia specialised in intellectual property matters, including trademarks, patents, copyright issues, confi-dential information, data protection and designs. He also advises clients on all aspects of portfolio management, from brand clearance and filing strategies to global opposition, invalidity and revocation programmes. Robert Kordić headed the industrial property department of the Slovenian Intellectual Property Office and was actively involved in drafting laws and EU regulations during his mandate. He also acted as a legal advisor on IP matters for renowned law firms in the SEE region.

This requires knowledge of existing standards, legal requirements and their implementation as well as current analysis methods for targeted quality assurance in order to avoid future crises.The concept of the certificate course provides the participants with practical knowledge on the further development of quality management and its legal requirements from the perspective of certification and quality assurance in a targeted and compact form. The knowledge acquired is directly applied in case studies, exercises and practical units. The target group of the certificate course are specialists and managers as well as employees with a university education.
