The DIL Innovation Hub is part of the research institute DIL Deutsches Institut für Lebensmitteltechnik e. V. can look back on many years of experience in product and process development. The DIL continuously supports its partners in the innovation process in the areas of food safety and authenticity, structure and functionality as well as sustainability, as part of food science.
